GENERAL BILL by Insurance ; Crow
Surplus Lines Insurance; revises certain eligibility requirements; revises certain requirements for surplus lines insurance to provide Fla. Surplus Lines Service Office with same authority granted to Insurance Dept.; revises certain quarterly reporting requirements; provides for collection of service fee; provides penalty for failure to make certain reports & pay service fees; provides for administrative fine for such failure, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
