Job Training; deletes time-period limitation for "Jobs for Florida's Graduates" school-to-work program; deletes provisions re endowment fund; revises certain provisions re members of board of directors of Florida Endowment Foundation for Florida Graduates; revises criteria for certain outcome goals; deletes provisions re distribution of earnings on endowment fund; repeals specified provision re temporary pilot apprenticeship program, etc. Amends 446.609.
