GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Tattooing; creates Tattoo Practice & Tattoo Establishment Act; provides legislative intent re regulation of practice of tattooing; prohibits practice of tattooing unless person is licensed or registered by Business & Professional Regulation Dept.; requires licensure of tattoo establishment; exempts physicians licensed under Medical Practice or Osteopathic Medicine provisions from regulation under act, etc. Creates 468.831-.846.
