Sports Industry Economic Development; provides for Revenue Dept. to distribute sales tax reimbursements to certified sports industry economic development projects under certain circumstances; creates tax reimbursement program for certified sports industry economic development projects; provides eligibility criteria for amateur sports businesses; provides for creation of new jobs in this state, etc. Amends 212.20, 213.053, 288.1229; creates 288.113.
