GENERAL BILL by Kallinger ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brummer ; Alexander ; Clarke ; Simmons
Mortgage Guaranty Insurance; revises minimum surplus requirements for mortgage guaranty insurers; revises limits on total liability & exposure to losses for such insurers; requires mortgage guaranty insurers to include certain information in audited financial reports required pursuant to certain provision; authorizes Insurance Dept. to take certain actions against mortgage guaranty insurer that is not in compliance. Amends 624.408, 635.042.
