CS/HB 357: Parental Consent/Medical Treatment
GENERAL BILL by Education Innovation ; Crow
Parental Consent/Medical Treatment; provides that student is exempt from certain services under school health services plan if his or her parent or guardian requests such exemption in writing; limits transportation of student to medical treatment facility without parental consent. Amends 232.465, 234.02.
