GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Hogan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Justice
Public Records/Health/Financial Info; provides exemption from public records requirements for identifying information & specified financial information in records re individual's health or eligibility for health-related services made or received by Health Dept. or its service providers; specifies conditions under which such information may be released; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
