GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer

Public Records/Economic Development; amends specified provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for records of economic development agency which contain or would provide plans, intentions, or interests of private entities re their business activities; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 288.075.
