GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer
Public Records/Tax Refund Programs; amends specified provision which provides exemptions from public records requirements for certain identifying, proprietary, tax, & trade secret information received in connection with administering said tax refund programs; reenacts such exemptions & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; deletes superfluous language. Amends 288.1066.
