GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care
Medicaid/Medically Needy Program; establishes medically needy income level; requires coverage for certain individuals awaiting for Medicare coverage; amends procedures re Medicaid buy-in program to provide medical assistance to specified category of individuals; directs AHCA to seek approval from Health Care Financing Admin. of specified methodology for calculating medical expenses under medically needy program, etc. Amends 409.904,.908,.914; creates 409.9045.
