SB 430: Driving Under Influence

GENERAL BILL by Dyer

Driving Under Influence; requires that certain license suspensions remain in effect for prescribed time period; provides for admission of certain minors into county addictions-receiving facilities under certain circumstances; clarifies blood-alcohol & breath-alcohol level that is unlawful; provides for temporary driving permit to become effective after specified period has elapsed following issuance of permit, etc. Amends 322.2616.
