TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Garcia
Public Employee Optional Retirement; creates Public Employee Optional Retirement Program Trust Fund, to be administered by State Board of Administration as retirement trust fund not subject to termination under specified provision of State Constitution; provides for sources of moneys & purposes; authorizes board to adopt rules to maintain qualified status of said program in compliance with Internal Revenue Code, etc. Amends 121.4501; creates 121.4502.
