Industrial Partnership Professorship; establishes industrial partnership professorship program within State University System; provides that certain professorships shall be established by contract; provides for contribution by sponsoring corporations; provides that recipient of industrial partnership professorship tax credit shall not exclude compensation for specified research & development activities, etc. Creates 240.6065, 220.192; amends 220.15,.02.
