Mortgage Brokers & Lenders; defines term "principal representative"; provides license renewal educational requirements for licensees & principal representatives; expands scope of mortgage business schools to include training for other persons; requires brokerage experience requirements for principal brokers; requires licensees to submit certification of completion of certain educational requirements by certain persons, etc. Amends Ch. 494.
