Public Records/Trade Secrets; abrogates scheduled repeal of public records exemption for trade secrets & for identity of respondents to marketing or advertising research projects of Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation; eliminates obsolete reference to legislative review. Amends 288.1226.
