GENERAL BILL by Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lawson

Schools/Construction Projects; authorizes school districts to qualify construction projects for funding under Special Facility Construction Account by using school capital outlay surtax in lieu of maximum millage against district's nonexempt assessed property value; specifies funding eligibility of certain projects. Amends 235.435.
