Fla. Volunteer & Community Service; creates Florida Volunteer & Community Service Act of 2001; authorizes Executive Office of Governor to establish policies & procedures which provide for expenditure of funds to develop & facilitate initiatives that encourage & reward volunteerism; authorizes Fla. Commission on Community Service to provide specified assistance for establishment & implementation of programs pursuant to said act, etc. Amends 14.29.
