GENERAL BILL by Hogan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander

Public Records/Parents ID/Newborns; provides exemption from public records requirements for information that identifies parents who leave newborn infants at emergency medical services stations; provides exception; provides exemption from public records requirements for information contained in Paternity Registry; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Amends 383.51.
