JOINT RESOLUTION by Rules and Calendar ; Ethics and Elections ; Rossin
Terms of Office/Legislators; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 2006, to increase terms of office for Florida Senators from 4 years to 6 years & for Florida Representatives from 2 years to 4 years; increases, from 8 years to 12 years, number of consecutive years during which Florida Representative & Florida Senator may hold office. Amends s. 15, Art. III, s. 4, Art. VI.
