Student Financial Aid; establishes Instructional Paraprofessional Tuition Reimbursement Program to provide tuition reimbursements for eligible program participants; provides limitations on amount, number of semester hours or equivalent quarter hours, & award of such reimbursements; limits implementation to amount funded in General Appropriations Act; requires funds appropriated to be deposited in State Student Financial Assistance Trust Fund, etc. Creates 240.40645.
