GENERAL BILL by Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Johnson ; Lynn ; Lerner ; Heyman ; Gelber

Property Crimes; provides second-degree felony penalties for theft of certain emergency medical equipment & theft of certain cargo; provides third-degree felony penalty for certain commission of retail theft; provides criminal penalties for dealing in stolen property by use of Internet; prohibits forging check or draft or possessing or passing forged check or draft, etc. Amends Chs. 812, 831, 832.05, 921.0022; creates 817.625.
