GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lerner ; Heyman
Gun Shows/Firearms/Sale or Transfer; prohibits sale or transfer of firearm by gun show vendor at gun show unless criminal history background check of prospective transferee has been conducted; requires approval of transfer from FDLE; provides third degree felony penalty for willful & knowing provision of false identification or fraudulent information relative to sale or transfer of firearm at gun show, etc. Amends 790.001; creates 790.0653.
