GENERAL BILL by Bronson
Demineralization Concentrate; reorganizes & clarifies specified section; directs DEP to enter into rulemaking; creates technical advisory committee to assist in rule development; provides permitting requirements re failure of toxicity tests due to naturally occurring constituents; provides exemption allowing demineralization concentrate mixing zones in Outstanding Florida Waters with specific requirements. Amends 403.0882,.061.
