Dependent Children/Broward County; provides for establishment of Broward Co. pilot program for representation of dependent children; provides for contract with public or private entity to establish pilot program; provides for appointment of pilot program to represent children at shelter hearings; provides for appointment of guardian ad litem program to represent child's best interests, under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 39.4087. APPROPRIATION.
