GENERAL BILL by Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rubio
Probation or Community Control; provides for period of probation or community control for offender to be tolled following filing of affidavit alleging violation of probation or community control & issuance of warrant; provides for reinstatement of previously imposed period of probation or community control following dismissal of such affidavit. Amends 948.06.
