GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Campbell
Probation or Community Control; provides for tolling period of probation or community control for offender following filing of affidavit alleging violation of probation or community control & issuance of warrant; provides for previously imposed period of probation or community control to be reinstated following dismissal of affidavit. Amends 948.06.
