Homestead Assessment/Elderly Living; provides for reduction in assessment for living quarters of parents or grandparents of homestead property owners or of their spouses; provides limitations; provides application procedures; provides penalties for making willfully false statement in application; provides for adjustment of assessed value of property when property owner is no longer eligible for reduction in assessment. Creates 193.703.
