GENERAL BILL by Ross ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis

Construction Contracts; clarifies criteria for performance of bonds; clarifies provisions re notice of claim against bond; clarifies provisions re notice of claim against lien; revises provisions re manner of serving notices & certain instruments; provides for service of notice on corporations or business entities; amends provision including certain unpaid finance charges under written notice of nonpayment of payment bond, etc. Amends Ch. 713, 255.05.
