GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Meek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell
Discrimination/Treatment of Persons; provides for Attorney General to investigate violations of rights secured by state law; authorizes Attorney General to intervene in certain civil actions to enforce compliance with certain provisions & to commence civil action to obtain damages or other relief for violation of rights secured by State Constitution or state law; provides for civil penalty, attorney's fees & costs, etc. Amends Ch. 760, 16.57.
