McCarthy/Deckers/Chapmans/Williams; provides for relief of Kathleen McCarthy individually & as personal representative of Estate of Laura Bailey, deceased; George & Joan Decker individually & as co-personal representatives of Estate of Christina Decker; William & Geraldine Chapman individually, & William Chapman, as personal representative of Estate of Patricia Chapman, deceased; Rusha Williams as legal guardian for Pauline Hodge; compensates them for losses, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $6,000,000.
