Insurance; defines term "statutory accounting principles"; provides for what constitutes asset of insurer; provides for assets not allowed in determining financial condition of insurer; revises provision concerning liability; provides for valuation of bonds; revises requirements for new appraisals in valuation of real property; revises requirements for collateral loans; provides transition selection for statutory accounting principles, etc. Amends FS.
