SB 666: Physician Assistants
GENERAL BILL by Sullivan
Physician Assistants; allows authorized physician assistants to prescribe any medication not listed on formulary established by Council on Physician Assistants; allows authorized physician assistants to dispense drug samples pursuant to proper prescription; eliminates formulary committee & revises provisions re creation & amendment of formulary, to conform. Amends 458.347, 459.022.
