SB 672: Indigent Hospital Patients

GENERAL BILL by Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Lee ; Miller

Indigent Hospital Patients; provides procedures for computing maximum amount that specified counties must pay for treatment of indigent resident of county at hospital located outside county; provides for exclusion of active-duty military personnel & certain institutionalized county residents from state population estimates when calculating county's financial responsibility for such hospital care, etc. Amends 154.306.
