Sentencing/Criminal Street Gangs; provides for enhanced penalties for commission of felony or misdemeanor, or delinquent act or violation of law that would be felony or misdemeanor if committed by adult, under specified circumstances when defendant committed charged offense for purpose of benefiting, promoting, or furthering interest of criminal street gang; amends certain provision re Criminal Punishment Code worksheet computations & scoresheets, etc. Amends 874.04, 921.0024.
