Aquifer Storage & Recovery Wells; provides for classifications & permitting of such wells; provides zone of discharge for such wells meeting specific criteria; requires aquifer exemption for aquifer storage & recovery well that does not meet primary drinking water standards other than those re total coliform bacteria or sodium; ensures rule restrictions on construction of water wells within certain zones of discharge, etc. Creates 403.065; amends 373.309.
