DUI/Third Conviction/Penalty; increases penalty for third conviction of driving under influence to third-degree felony if committed within specified period following prior conviction; increases penalty for fourth or subsequent violation of DUI to third-degree felony regardless of when any prior conviction occurred; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Amends 316.193, 921.0022.
