HB 779: Municipal Firefighters' Pension TF
GENERAL BILL by Fields
Municipal Firefighters' Pension TF; authorizes consolidated City of Jacksonville to qualify for state excise tax on all insurance premiums collected on property insurance policies covering property within boundaries of consolidated government, regardless of whether properties are located within one or more separately incorporated areas within consolidated government, so long as said government is providing fire protection services to properties within that area. Amends 175.101.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
