JOINT RESOLUTION by Johnson
Election of Justices & Judges; constitutional amendment to eliminate retention election of justices & judges, & provides instead that all justices & judges shall be directly elected by vote of qualified electors of territorial jurisdiction of their respective courts to terms of 4 yrs., beginning with 2004 elections, etc. Amends ss. 3, 10, 11, Art. V; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
