Opticianry; redefines term "opticianry" & defines term "contact lenses"; replaces references to term "medical doctor" with term "allopathic or osteopathic physician"; revises provisions prescribing violations & penalties applicable to practice of opticianry; revises inspection authority; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code; provides offense severity ranking for offense of practicing opticianry without license. Amends Ch. 484, 921.0022.
