Pharmacists; defines term "pharmaceutical adverse incident" & requires that such incidents be reported to Health Dept.; provides that such incident reports are not discoverable or admissible in any civil or administrative action, except disciplinary proceedings; requires dept. to review reported incidents to determine if incidents potentially involve conduct by health care practitioner that is subject to disciplinary action, etc. Creates 465.0165.
