Domestic Violence; requires CFS Dept. to provide training on domestic violence & child protection to specified professionals by specified date; requires dept. to collect & analyze data on effectiveness of domestic violence consultants; requires OPPAGA to conduct examination of batterer's intervention programs; provides for disposition of surplus cellular telephones to certain nonprofit agencies, etc. Amends 39.903,.904, 273.05, 741.30. APPROPRIATION: $121,651.
