SB 88: Domestic Violence Court Costs
GENERAL BILL by Meek
Domestic Violence Court Costs; provides for imposition of additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for waiver of court cost; provides for collection by clerk of court; provides for deposit of such court costs in Domestic Violence Trust Fund; provides for CFS Dept. to contract with statewide nonprofit association to offer legal services, etc. Creates 938.14; amends 39.903,.904.
