GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Meek
Solicitation/Public Roads/Minors; prohibits certain minors from standing or approaching vehicles on any public street, highway, or road for purposes of collecting contributions from or distributing materials to occupant of motor vehicle; provides that first-time violation results in warning & that subsequent violations will be cited as pedestrian violations, etc. Amends 316.2045, 318.18,.21,.121.
