CS/SB 890: Mortgages
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Campbell
Mortgages; provides that rents in control of mortgagor are subject to assignment of rents; corrects provisions re assignment of rents; provides for expedited procedure under certain conditions; provides that hearing & adjudication that requested attorney's fees are reasonable are not necessary under certain conditions; provides that attorney's fees when provided in note or mortgage constitute liquidated damages, etc. Amends 697.07, 702.10.
