GENERAL BILL by Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller ; Lawson
Driver's Restrictions/Passengers; provides that it is noncriminal traffic infraction for driver who is less than specified age to operate motor vehicle, during certain period after being issued license, which has more than one passenger who is less than specified age; provides exceptions; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Amends 322.16,.05, 318.14.
