Daytona Beach/Submerged Lands/Lease; (Volusia Co.) provides for lease of certain submerged lands to City of Daytona Beach by state; provides for duration of lease; specifies amount of lease; provides for purpose of lease; provides that lease is contingent upon city's acquisition of pier situated upon leased lands; provides additional terms of lease; provides for severability.
