Taxes/Property/Airports & Seaports; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 2003, to authorize tax exemption, pursuant to general law, for property owned by municipality or special district which is used for transporting passengers or cargo at airports or deepwater seaports. Amends s. 3, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
