Correctional Officers/Job Protection; creates "Job Protection for Correctional Officers Act"; provides for certain employment appeals to complaint review board; provides for definition of just cause; provides for creation of ad hoc complaint review boards; provides for function of such boards; provides for membership; provides procedures re appeals. Creates 943.105.
