Dissolution of Marriage; provides additional charge when party petitions for dissolution of marriage; provides for disposition of charge for payment of policy of insurance to provide child support payments when payor's employment has been involuntarily terminated; provides definition; directs clerk to keep certain records. Amends 28.101.
