Spinal Cord Injuries/Pilot Program; directs Fla. Association of Centers for Independent Living to develop personal care attendant pilot program to serve persons with spinal cord injuries; directs DOR to develop & implement tax collection enforcement diversion program; provides for coordination with Fla. Association of Centers for Independent Living, Fla. Prosecuting Attorneys Association, & state attorneys' offices, etc. Creates 413.402. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
